Q. Are the Unicorn products suitable for High Efficiency washers?

A. YES. All Unicorn products were formulated to produce minimal suds within a concentrated formula. You’ll use less product to do more cleaning at lower temperatures. All perfect for HE washers. 

Q. What is your Classic Scent? 

A. Power Scour, Unicorn Fibre Wash & Unicorn Fibre Rinse, have less than 1/4th of 1 percent of fragrance to the formulas. This fragrance is a proprietary blending of ingredients, some of which are derived from the natural lavender plant.

Q. I cannot remove a stain. What should I do?

Q. Do you test on animals?

A. We DO NOT test on any animals.

Q. Are your products environmentally friendly?

A. Yes, we are Earth Friendly and Biodegradable.

Q. Are your products free from phosphates?

Q. How will Fibre Rinse affect fiber I’m planning to dye?

A. We recommend dyeing your fibers first, then rinse with Fibre Rinse or Beyond Soft to minimize dye loss and reduce the sometimes annoying “prickle factor” evident with some yarns.

Q. What if my order arrives damaged?

A. If your order arrives damaged, take a picture and email melanie@unicornclean.com and we will get back you to as soon as possible to solve this problem.

Q. Where can I buy UNICORN Internationally?

We have International Wholesalers available who purchase in bulk and have inventory in stock so you don't need to pay shipping. If there are no wholesalers in your area, and you would like to be a wholesaler - please visit our Wholesale page for an application. We have no minimum purchase or requirements for wholesale accounts.

We ship all international orders in flat rate boxes by USPS. We have found that this is the most cost effective option for most of our international customers. Here are our tips on how to get the best value when paying international shipping.

We can fit up to 34 4oz bottles in Flat Rate International boxes, so filling up the box will get you the best deal. 

We can fit 8 16-oz bottles in one flat rate box.

We can fit up to 8 16oz bottles in Flat Rate International Boxes. For the best value, we recommend purchasing 8 bottles - as it will cost the same amount to ship 6, 4, 2, etc. If you're paying flat rate - you might as well fill the entire box!
